The hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was amazing, and everything was very clean. The bed was comfy; however, I was expecting a kitchen for cooking and heating up food. The service was professional, welcoming, and accommodating. The location was great for my needs, yet not very walkable to restaurants without a car. The dining experience was good overall. The facilities were modern and convenient, offering a pleasant stay with good value for money.
The hotel rooms were like clouds in our king room; they could have better equipment but were warm when we arrived and had plenty of room for all our luggage and Christmas packages. The room was perfect with loads of plugs for charging, well-appointed with room for luggage, seating area, and a very nice bathroom too.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a great location. However, the dining options were a bit limited. The price was slightly higher due to early booking.
